Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the Account tab, tap the gear icon for Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, snaps, comments, likes and saves.
How do I report a post or comment?
Tap the three-dot menu on it and choose Report. We review every report.
How do I block someone?
Tap the three-dot menu on one of their posts, or open their profile, and choose Block. Their content is hidden straight away, and you can manage blocked users in Settings.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password and we will email you a reset link.
Can I change my bio, gaming handle or platform?
Yes. Open the Account tab and tap Edit profile.
